1. Who We Are

2. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all orders placed by consumers through the Store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. The version of the Terms in force at the time of your order applies.

3. Products & Availability

We describe and photograph our products with the greatest possible care. Minor deviations — for example in color rendering caused by your screen — do not constitute a defect. All offers are subject to availability.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and are final prices. Where legally required, applicable taxes are included or displayed during checkout. Any shipping costs are shown transparently before you complete your order.

Payment is due upon completion of the order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and other options depending on your region). We do not charge surcharges for the use of any particular payment method.

5. Order Process & Contract

The presentation of products in the Store is an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email or by shipping the goods.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Processing and estimated delivery times, as well as information on customs and import charges, are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns, Refunds & Statutory Rights

Our voluntary 30-day return policy and the statutory withdrawal rights of EU and UK consumers are described in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights (legal guarantee of conformity) apply in accordance with the laws applicable to your purchase. If a product is defective, please contact us at support@almavitale.com and we will make it right in line with your legal rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content of the Store — including texts, images, logos, product designs and the Alma Vitale brand — is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced, distributed or otherwise used without our prior written consent.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you additionally benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident; nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
